Shipping Policy

These shipping terms apply to orders for meal containers, lunch boxes, reusable drinkware, storage and meal-prep products, carrying bags, and matching accessories. The checkout page supplies the final delivery choices, charges, and any free-shipping eligibility.

Order handling

Once payment has been authorized, we usually prepare an order within 1–2 business days. Customers should check the delivery address, email, and phone information before submitting an order because correct details are needed for fulfillment and carrier notices.

Estimated carrier delivery

Transit after shipment is generally estimated at 4–6 business days. Processing and transit are separate periods, and an estimate is not an arrival guarantee. Tracking information is sent when it becomes available. Holidays, weather, carrier disruption, and service-area limits may affect timing.

Delivery support

If tracking stops updating, a parcel appears lost, delivery is marked complete but cannot be located, or the package arrives damaged, write to avavurigewo263@gmail.com. Include the order number, the email used at checkout, and the tracking number; we may also request clear package images or allow time for the carrier to investigate.
