Payment Policy

An order enters processing only when its payment has been successfully authorized. Available ways to pay are the methods shown by the live USD checkout for that particular transaction; card artwork displayed elsewhere does not add a payment option.

Verification and billing

Customers must enter accurate billing details. The issuer or payment provider may authorize, review, reject, place a temporary hold on, or seek verification for a transaction. We may delay or cancel an order when payment is incomplete, considered high risk, or cannot be verified.

Payment data and refunds

Complete card numbers are not stored on this information page. Questions involving a decline, dispute, authorization hold, exchange rate, or posting status are normally handled by the financial institution.
